Sustained Competitiveness
Business and government depend on one another. Sometimes at odds, they share a common aim there is yin and yang to the relationship. Each must support competitiveness on an ongoing basis. Without this, prosperity cannot be maintained at any level.
Organizations can no longer depend on an averaging out of models and approaches to achieve organizational objectives. We must drill down, incorporating the complexities that come with reality, and master organizational knowledge at unprecedented levels.
The Angels are in the Details
Profundities is the name of Dr. Tingey’s project to induce higher levels of organizational performance using music as the example. There is science behind the success of musicians and their ability to work together consistently and harmoniously.
Sustained competitiveness can be achieved by using science to support coordination within and cooperation among enterprises and agencies.
